While most people are busy mourning the end of another summer, I am more than ready to usher in the new season. Yes I will miss the sun and the surf, but no summer glow can beat a New York fall.
Fall has always been my favorite time of year. Aside from the multicolored trees and the perfect weather, fall fashion is second to none. September through November is the best time of year to experiment with layering without having either to sweat yourself to death or to cover everything up in a giant down parka.
Not to mention, the sweaters. Ah the sweaters. As far as I’m concerned, strolling down a Manhattan ave wrapped in a new sweater on a crisp October day warm cider in tow epitomizes fall fashion.
