Top Five Hair Products

To some, my writing a hair post is incredibly unusual. My hair has been called unruly, uncontrollable, and unmanageable. Its benefits: natural volume and speedy growth. Its drawbacks: frequent tangles, coarse texture, easily damaged, and lack of shine. In order to combat the drawbacks, I rely on these five products to emphasize its natural volume and give it the shine it needs.

  1. USMOOTH SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER

Ever since I moved to New York, my hair has been much greasier after I washed it. I have tried many different brands of shampoo and conditioner, and none of them seem to work. This is the first brand of that has left my hair looking and feeling fresh after washing.

2. WETBRUSH

I have posted about this brush before. Ever since I bought this brush, I refuse to use any other one. Just like its name, this brush is meant to be used on wet hair. It detangles your hair without pulling it out. Like I said earlier, the dry texture of my hair causes it to tangle super easily. I have to brush my hair 4-5 times a day to keep it manageable. This brush is gentle enough to take that on without ruing the health of my hair.

3. BASTISTE DRY SHAMPOO

Hands down this is the best dry shampoo in the market. It is much better than any other product I have tried. Again, I will never buy another dry shampoo besides this. This product allows you to skip the wash and let your hair can retain its natural oils.

4. TRESEMME HAIRSPRAY

My hair can hold style pretty easily, so I have never bought expensive hair spray. This stuff holds the style I want without making my hair feel crunchy.

5. MOROCCAN OIL HAIR MASK

Because my hair is naturally dry, I regularly leave my hair in a hair mask at night. This mask keeps my hair healthy and prevents against breakage. In order to keep my hair at the length that I want, it needs regular moisturizing.
